To make a request, complete a Donation Request Form and send it with requested information regarding the organization, including your organization's 501(c)(3) IRS Determination Letter. Keep in mind your community need must be present and identifiable, and requesting groups must be tax-exempt. Please do not submit more than one request per group in a calendar year.

Agri Beef makes every effort to direct its contributions where they have the greatest impact while addressing the most critical needs. We receive far more requests than there is money available and acknowledge that we are unable to fund every worthy endeavor. As a general rule*, Agri Beef will not make contributions to:
*These are merely guidelines. Agri Beef Co. reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine recipients of its charitable contributions. Agri Beef Co. may exclude or include organizations as Agri Beef determines appropriate.
*Note all product donations are still subject to venue policy.
Agri Beef’s fiscal year runs from January 1st to December 31st. All contribution requests, both cash and product, will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and must be received by the 1st of the review month to be considered. Requests made outside the quarterly review time frame may be denied based on time constraints. Please make sure when submitting your requests you are within the quarterly time frame that aligns with dates you need the contribution. For product requests, allow a minimum of 1 month prior to event date to ensure product availability.
